Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, and candidate follow-up.
• Coordinate onboarding for new employees, including preparation of documents, forms, and orientation support.
• Maintain and update employee personal files, attendance records, leave records, and HR database.
• Assist in payroll preparation by checking attendance, overtime, leave, and related records.
• Support employee relations matters and assist in handling staff inquiries.
• Prepare HR letters, memos, announcements, and other HR documents.
• Assist in training arrangements and employee engagement activities.
• Support general administration duties such as office supplies, hostel, uniforms, company assets, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure HR and admin practices comply with company policies and local labour requirements.
• Perform any other HR and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or admin support.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point.
• Able to work independently and support daily HR operations.
• Knowledge of Malaysian labour law, payroll, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS will be an advantage.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
