we're looking for a results-driven Technical Account Manager to manage client relationships, ensure seamless service delivery, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute account strategies aligned with business goals.
• Ensure smooth transition and delivery of service contracts.
• Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for clients.
• Monitor contract compliance, client satisfaction, and team performance.
• Drive continuous service improvement and operational efficiency.
• Track financial performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvement initiatives.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity Tools, Third-Party Services, Infrastructure Services, Cloud Security, and Application Integration Services.
• 5–7 years of experience in Technical Account Management.
• Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Required Mandarin speaker candidates.
