Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing foreign and local worker administration, including documentation, permit matters, medical arrangements, and liaison with relevant authorities when required.
- Support the full recruitment process, including interview coordination, onboarding activities, and maintaining employee personal files.
- Monitor and update employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate employee welfare matters, hostel management, and company engagement activities.
- Assist in organizing training programs and maintaining training records.
- Prepare HR reports, update databases, and ensure proper documentation and filing.
- Support the HR Executive in handling employee relations and disciplinary documentation when necessary.
- Perform general administrative duties and any ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum STPM, Diploma, or Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Comfortable managing matters related to foreign workers.
- Possess good communication skills, empathy, and ability to interact with employees at all levels.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:45 PM
- Lunch break: One (1) hour
