We're Hiring | Project Management Officer / Project Admin (Retail Banking)

We're looking for an experienced PMO / Project Admin to support large-scale Retail Banking technology initiatives for a leading financial institution.

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: 12-Month Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage Change Requests (CR)
• Review CR submissions in accordance with governance standards
• Track project progress and release schedules
• Coordinate project governance activities and stakeholder meetings
• Support project planning, reporting, and documentation
• Collaborate with business and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

6–9 years of relevant experience in PMO / Project Administration / Project Coordination

Mandatory: Minimum 7 years of Retail Banking domain experience, including:

• Cards
• Deposits
• Secured Loans

Experience in Change Management, Release Management, or SDLC

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills

Experience with Confluence, PPM, Jira, or similar project management tools is an advantage
