What You’ll Do

You will play a key role in helping EXO grow through partnerships, outreach and business development.

Responsibilities include:

•⁠ ⁠Build relationships with businesses, schools, communities and strategic partners

•⁠ ⁠Identify and develop new business opportunities and collaboration channels

•⁠ ⁠Follow up consistently with leads, prospects and partners

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate meetings and manage partnership pipelines

•⁠ ⁠Support recruitment, branding and outreach initiatives

•⁠ ⁠Plan and execute networking events and business activities

•⁠ ⁠Research new markets, trends and growth opportunities

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with leadership to launch new business initiatives

•⁠ ⁠Use AI and digital tools to improve productivity and outreach

•⁠ ⁠Track progress and maintain CRM and follow-up systems
