Role Description The Property Executive (M&E) will oversee the day-to-day mechanical and electrical operations of assigned properties to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient building performance. This full-time, on-site role in Singapore involves monitoring and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, conducting building inspections, and supporting compliance with relevant codes and regulations. The role includes liaising with contractors and vendors, supervising M&E works, and assisting in tender preparation and evaluation for maintenance services. The Property Executive (M&E) will also help manage budgets, maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, and support continuous improvement of building systems and energy efficiency. Collaboration with property management teams and clear communication with stakeholders are essential to ensure high service standards and resident or tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building systems, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
  • Experience in property or facilities management, preferably within commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and statutory requirements related to M&E operations in Singapore.
  • Ability to coordinate and supervise contractors, manage service schedules, and review technical proposals or tenders.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in inspections, reporting, and documentation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and building occupants.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and facility management systems; experience with energy management or building automation is an advantage.
  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and respond promptly to operational issues or emergencies.
