Responsibilities

• The Project Manager (PM) owns the project deliverables and is responsible for the day-to-day project management. Project Manager cooperates with stakeholders involved in the project. This manager has a solid background in IT-projects in general and SAP projects in particular. He is familiar with project management techniques and standards.
• As a Subject Matter Expert in the project management business application domain. Responsible on day-to-day project management activities using industrial best practice (project management methodology – PMP, Agile) and deliver assigned projects within agreed timeline, scope and budget.
• As a Subject Matter Expert in the project management infrastructure and enterprise application domain. Responsible on day-to-day project management activities using industrial best practice (project management methodology – PMP, Agile) and deliver assigned projects within agreed timeline, scope and budget.
• Responsible on day-to-day project management activities and successfully deliver assigned projects within agreed timeline, scope and budget.
• Responsible on key project management deliverables covering project charter, business case, project management plan, work breakdown structure, project schedule, budget management, risk management, communication management, steering committee, change request management, quality assurance report, project closure and support transition.
• Responsible for safeguarding the project delivery template and design, overseeing project governance, process optimization, system enhancement and maintaining the knowledge centre.
• Work with group business stakeholders (GBPOs) to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure projects are delivered as per business needs.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management or related field (or equivalent experience)

Mid/Confirmed Level

• Hands-on and applicable knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques and tools would be an added advantage.
• At least 5 - 7 years working experience in Project Management on SAP ECC6 and S/4HANA.
• Minimum 1-2 end-to-end project implementation SAP ECC6 and S/4HANA.
• Experienced in cross-functional integration to other modules (FI, SD, MM, SD, PP and QM).
• PMI -PMP certified.
• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables within timelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

Senior Level

• Hands-on and applicable knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques and tools would be an added advantage.
• Above 8 years working experience in Project Management on SAP ECC6 and S/4HANA.
• Minimum 3 end-to-end project implementation on SAP ECC6 and S/4HANA.
• Experienced in cross-functional integration to other modules (FI, SD, MM, SD, PP and QM).
• PMI -PMP Certified
• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables within timelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
