Symphony Digest is looking for a Business Development Executive focusing on the banking and capital markets training industry. This is a client-facing marketing and business development role, not a digital marketing campaign or analytics role. 

The main focus is to reach out to clients, understand their training needs, build and maintain good client relationships, and support the preparation of training proposals.

The role is suitable for someone who enjoys speaking to people, is confident in making marketing calls, and is keen to understand the banking, finance and capital markets industry.

As we take pride in providing good customer service, the candidate is also expected to be customer-service oriented and able to maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Making marketing calls to clients and prospects
• Building and maintaining good client relationships
• Understanding client requirements and market needs
• Keeping track of market trends, competitors and training opportunities
• Supporting the preparation of training proposals and quotations
• Supporting and conducting training sessions for young fresh graduates, especially on communication and workplace readiness
• Working with the team to develop suitable marketing and business strategies
