Role Description The Human Resources Intern role is an on-site internship position based in Perai. The intern will support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment activities such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews, and helping coordinate onboarding and orientation. The role also involves supporting HR-related documentation, preparing basic reports, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives and training logistics. The intern will collaborate with HR team members, learn HR processes and best practices, and contribute to a positive, compliant workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Ability to handle administrative tasks accurately, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and job applicants professionally.
  • Basic understanding of Human Resources concepts, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and willingness to learn HR systems.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures.
  • Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Perai and collaborate effectively in a team-based environment.
