Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Singapore. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying opportunities for new business development, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong partnerships. The role also includes engaging with potential clients, presenting tailored solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure superior service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and seize opportunities for growth
• Solid understanding of Business practices and proven ability to establish and foster long-term partnerships
• Effective Communication skills to present ideas, negotiate deals, and maintain client relations
• Proficiency in Account Management to ensure excellent client service and maintain satisfaction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
• Experience in the security services or a related industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
