Job Summary

Prepare and manage project budgets, tender documents, and contracts while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure accurate cost estimation and progress tracking for construction and M&E projects. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, plan, and budget labor and material quantities and pricing for projects to ensure accurate cost control
• Review and prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantity to support project procurement
• Track design and construction changes and adjust budget projections to maintain financial accuracy
• Procure contractor and subcontractor services in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to meet project requirements
• Measure and evaluate work completed on-site with stakeholders to verify progress and quality
• Submit and track progress claims to main contractors to ensure timely payments
• Review, prepare, and track payment progress to subcontractors to maintain financial accountability
• Liaise effectively with clients, site managers, project managers, and site engineers to coordinate project activities
• Review documents in English and Mandarin, demonstrating proficiency in reading and writing both languages for clear communication

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering combined with M&E tendering and cost estimation experience
