Green Olive Group Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based retail company established in 2015 and the parent company of Scarlett Supermarket. Operating a fast-growing network of supermarkets, we specializes in offering quality imported groceries, fresh produce, frozen foods, beverages, snacks, and daily essentials. We're expanding our team and looking for Store Manager / Supervisor.
Job Duties:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient business performance
- Plan, schedule, and ensure sufficient manpower to meet operational and customer service requirements
- Monitor inventory levels, place stock orders, and maintain optimal stock availability
- Liaise with the Purchasing team to resolve stock-related issues, product availability, and merchandising/display matters
- Coordinate with HQ departments, including HR, Operations, and other support teams, on operational, staffing, and administrative matters as required
- Resolve customer complaints, operational issues, and staff-related concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOP, safety, and hygiene standards
- Supervise, coach, and develop store staff to achieve sales targets, operational excellence, and high customer service standards
- Monitor store performance, prepare reports, and implement initiatives to improve productivity and profitability
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Supervisor positio
