Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Operations

• Oversee daily office and administrative functions
• Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and records
• Ensure smooth internal workflows across departments

2. Company Asset & Admin Tracking

• Manage company assets (vehicles, equipment, insurance, licences)
• Track renewals (road tax, COE, insurance, permits, etc.)
• Maintain accurate admin records and alerts for upcoming deadlines

3. Finance & Documentation Support

• Assist in invoice, quotation, and payment tracking
• Liaise with finance team for documentation and records
• Maintain proper audit trail for company transactions

4. Vendor & Supplier Coordination

• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
• Manage contracts, quotations, and service agreements
• Track delivery timelines and follow-ups

5. Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows
• Support implementation of internal systems (e.g., operations software, tracking tools)
• Help standardise SOPs across the company

6. Team & Operations Support

• Support project teams with admin coordination
• Ensure proper documentation for ongoing projects
• Assist management in operational planning
