Job Scopes:

·    Coordinate with suppliers and site team to verify incompletePurchase Requisition details and ensure correct item procurement

·    Source materials, conduct price comparisons, check stockavailability, process purchase orders, and follow up on delivery schedules

·    Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, purchaseorders, and delivery orders

·    Support daily purchasing operations and perform ad-hoc dutiesassigned by immediate superior

Requirements (Qualification & Experience):

·    Minimum Diploma in Procurement or Equivalent or related field

·    Preferably min. 1 year working experience

·    Training will be provided if no experience

·    Proficient in using MS office

·    Knowledge of construction materials will be an added advantage

·    Preferably Singaporean / Permanent Resident
