Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepared project status report by collecting analyzing, and summarizing information and trend
- Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Monitor and ensure all works carried out in accordance to contract and specifications
- Attend meeting and liaise with Consultants and Contractors
- Assist Project Manager
- Possess a relevant Degree in Building Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Hardworking, responsible, and committed to meeting project deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of personnel on site.
