Role Description

This role involves meeting with clients to understand their financial goals, conducting thorough financial assessments, and developing tailored wealth management plans. Day-to-day tasks include advising on investments and insurance solutions, monitoring portfolios, and adjusting strategies in response to market developments and changing client needs. The Wealth Manager will prepare proposals and reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies. Collaboration with internal teams, participation in training, and ongoing professional development are also integral components of the role.


Qualifications

  • Strong financial advisory capabilities, including Financial Planning and Finance skills to assess client needs and design suitable strategies.
  • Proficiency in Investment Management and Investments to construct, review, and optimize client portfolios.
  • Solid understanding of Insurance products and solutions to integrate risk management into holistic financial plans.
  • Relevant academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, CIWM) are advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical standards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or related financial services roles in Singapore is preferred.
