Role Description The Business Analyst / Data Analyst is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore River, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting business processes, and translating stakeholder needs into clear, actionable specifications. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, perform data analysis, and generate insights that support decision-making and process improvements. Typical responsibilities include preparing reports and dashboards, validating data accuracy, and recommending enhancements to workflows and systems. The role also requires regular communication with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment between analysis, solutions, and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights.
• Business analysis capabilities, such as eliciting business requirements, documenting use cases, and supporting solution design.
• Experience with business process understanding and improvement, including mapping workflows and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders, presenting findings, and writing clear documentation.
• Familiarity with defining and managing business requirements to support data-driven initiatives and technology projects.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau) is beneficial.
• Background in cybersecurity, IT, or related domains is an advantage, along with an interest in digital risk and data protection.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in diverse, cross-functional teams.
