about the job
- Design and implement end-to-end DR orchestration frameworks across Critical Systems and hybrid infrastructure
- Support audit, risk, and regulatory engagements.
- Develop scalable, reusable automation components across services
- Establish standardized automation frameworks, including Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), Runbook automation, Policy-as-Code governance
- Evaluate emerging tools: Automation orchestration, AIOps platforms & Cloud-native resiliency solutions
skills and experience required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure (On-Prem & Cloud), Disaster Recovery (ITDR), with a focus on resiliency and automation engineering.
- Strong experience in: Automation (ASR - Azure Site Recovery, Ansible, scripting) & DR technologies (backup, replication, failover)
- Hands-on experience with: On-prem: VMware, Wintel/Linux, AIX, AS400 & Cloud: Azure and Google Cloud
- Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) frameworks, CI/CD, and AIOps platforms
- Strong communication skills in English
