Your Mission
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative activities, including office supplies, facility maintenance, and vendor management.
- Supervise a team of technical staff, including scheduling, performance management, and training.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of reports, budgets, and other administrative documentation.
- Act as a liaison between various departments for administrative and technical support requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and relevant industry standards.
- Identify and implement technological solutions to improve administrative processes and technical support.
- Handle general HR-related administrative tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Manage and track departmental budgets and expenses.
- Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Ideal Candidate
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience in managing technical teams and administrative functions.
- Strong understanding of administrative best practices and office management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
- Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
