Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake items such as breads, and pastries following standardized recipes and guidelines.
Ensure all products are presented attractively and meet quality standards before serving or delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and baking tools.
Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately to ensure consistent product quality.
Package finished pastries, breads, and desserts neatly for display or delivery.
Respond flexibly to additional orders from the outlet.
Manage inventory of ingredients and products, ensuring that there are no shortages or excess.
Strictly adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
Carry out daily tasks and special projects under the direction of the chef.
