Job Summary
Join a fast-moving logistics startup to manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including hazardous material logistics, vendor coordination, and system development. Work closely with leadership to drive operational excellence and build scalable processes.
Responsibilities
- Own the booking, documentation, and coordination of complex shipments across global trade lanes to ensure timely delivery
- Manage hazardous material documentation with zero margin for error to maintain compliance and safety
- Communicate effectively with international agents and truckers to uphold service standards and resolve issues promptly
- Develop and implement internal SOPs, manuals, and tracking systems to support company growth and operational efficiency
- Advocate for customers by providing meticulous attention to detail and treating each client’s business as a priority
- Demonstrate ownership by driving outcomes, embracing ambiguity, and proactively building solutions rather than maintaining status quo
- Maintain extreme precision in all logistics tasks to prevent costly errors and ensure accuracy
- Exhibit resilience under high-pressure conditions by staying solution-focused and adaptable
- Continuously learn and document processes to enable scalable operations and personal growth
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, to analyze and manage logistics data effectively
- Strong command of written and verbal English to communicate clearly with stakeholders
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced startup environment
