  • Perform alignment, fastening, torquing, levelling, and adjustment of mechanical assemblies to tight tolerances
  • Use calibrated hand tools, torque wrenches, fixtures, and gauges
  • Support module integration activities and pre-shipment preparation
  • Comply fully with cleanroom protocols (gowning, ESD control, FOD prevention, material handling)
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, fixtures, and components
  • Handle sensitive semiconductor parts to avoid particle, ESD, chemical, or mechanical damage
  • Execute in-process quality checks and basic functional verification
  • Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements, ISO 9001, and internal QMS procedures
  • Accurately complete production travelers (MRs), checklists, and traceability records
  • Identify, report, and support resolution of non-conformances (NCRs)
  • Adhere to all EHS, cleanroom safety, and equipment handling procedures
  • Properly use PPE and follow safe lifting and handling practices
  • Report safety hazards, incidents, and near misses immediately
  • Work collaboratively with manufacturing engineers, quality, and planning teams
  • Support Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as required
  • Any ad hoc jobs assigned by the leader

Requirements:

  • ITE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fitting, Tool & Die, or equivalent
  • 2–6years of hands-on experience in precision mechanical assembly
  • Prior experience in semiconductor, electronics, medical devices, or high-precision contract manufacturing
  • Exposure to cleanroom manufacturing environments
