Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide support to specific priority and potential customers pertaining to price quotation, stock planning and delivery schedule planning and update to customer.
- Attend to customers’ telephone and email enquiries pertaining to price quotation, delivery matters and technical issues in order to meet customers‘ needs.
- Assist outdoors-sales team in gathering market information such as competitors’ products, pricing, services etc. on regular basis.
- To prepare the documents of debit, credit note, sales return note, repair and claim note for processing.
- Understand Singapore sales operations process and suggest ideas to manage on its improvement.
- To maintain special price structure for Local sales in common sales folder.
- To perform monthly housekeeping of sales order of customers
- To provide direct sales and administration support to priority customers such as direct visit to customers as and when necessary.
