• Lead and mentored a team of crewing coordinators and executives.
• Ensure efficient crew planning, recruitment, and deployment for our fleet of vessels.
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the crewing department.
• Collaborate with ship owners, managers, and other stakeholders to meet crewingrequirements.
• Implement and maintain crewing policies and procedures in compliance with maritimeregulations.
• Managing the crewing department budget, including payroll, recruitment costs, and otherrelated expenses. 
• Planning and managing crew schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuringefficient deployment and mobilization of crew members. 
• Monitoring the well-being of crew members, addressing their needs, and ensuring they haveaccess to necessary support. 
• Managing and preparing crew payroll, ensuring timely and accuratepayment. 

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder in any discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experiencein a similar role preferably in the Maritime industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Human Resources, or related field is an addedadvantage.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards
• Proficiency in crewing management software Shipmate, is an added advantage.
• Proactive, take initiative and well organized.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
