Job Summary

Lead and coordinate engineering projects by managing schedules, resources, and client interactions to ensure quality, compliance, and profitability in structural steel and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify construction drawings for steel structure works to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations to maintain adherence to project schedules and requirements
• Manage site workers, machinery, equipment, and material logistics to optimize daily site productivity
• Collaborate with main contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve site-related issues promptly
• Monitor work progress, quality standards, and safety compliance on site to uphold project integrity
• Prepare and submit detailed daily site reports and updates on work progress for stakeholder communication
• Assist in planning manpower, materials, and equipment needs to support efficient site activities
• Support drawing amendments and perform basic CAD drafting using AutoCAD when required
• Ensure completion of site works according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD drawing to support drafting and drawing amendments
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings accurately
• Effective communication skills to convey technical information clearly and confidently
• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, Structural Engineering, or related field
• Prior working experience in steel structure projects
