Job Description

• Attend to day-to-day IT and operational issues (such as troubleshooting of PC/laptop, network, printers, and application related).
• Manage the leases of office printers and undertake to ensure regular servicing and preventive maintenance for IT equipment.
• Consolidates, communicates and ensures resolutions of all operational & IT issue.
• Provide support and assist in SAP, Warehouse Management System.
• Perform any IT related duties assigned.

Requirement

• GCE ‘O’ / Diploma in Business studies or related courses.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledgeable in Fortinet Firewall, VPN, WMD, SAP, IT related.
• Independent and proactive with good problem solving skills.
