An affiliate of a transportation company, Richwell Global Forwarding is a local freight forwarding Company located at the eastern side of Singapore. We are expanding actively and looking for a suitable candidate to grow the Company with us. If you are a team player whom loves challenges, we want you!

Job Scope

The candidate would be required to handle the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. The duties include the following:

• Verify suppliers’ invoices and prepare for payments
• Key in daily transactions (receipts and payments) into Sysfreight system
• Any other accounts related duties

 Requirements:

• Recognized Diploma / ITE preferably in Accounting
• Must be familiar with accounting double entry
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in using Sysfreight system would be an advantage
• Good working knowledge forMS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn and inquisitive by nature.
• Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, meticulous, and possess good organizational skills.
• Able to commit for overtime when required
