Duration: 6 months + Option to extend another 2.5 months

Location: Kent Ridge

Working Days and Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Salary: $2,600 - $2,850 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate equipment preparation, distribution, and courier services for streamlined logistics and timely delivery.
• Management of equipment issuance, collection and Quality Checks
• Tracking of application payments.
• Provide customer service and maintain communication to ensure service quality.
• Lead customer service surveys, analyse feedback, and drive process improvements.
  
  Job Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma of any discipline
• Prior experience working in a service laboratory will be an advantage
