Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of recruitment from recruitment to payroll to off-boarding
• Payroll processing for 100 headcounts
• Involved in work passes applications and renewals
• To act as a first point of contact regarding queries and transactions on all routine HR matters
• All day-to-day human resources matters shall be handled in accordance with the approved policies and procedures and within the prescribed time. (Examples include: leave management, medical care, insurance claims, and maternity leave arrangements.)
• Compile monthly HR Reports
• Other HR administrative duties and projects as assigned
