Job Summary

Prepare and submit tenders, manage project budgets and schedules, coordinate project management tasks, and support financial and quality control processes to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tenders or quotations to clients accurately and on time
• Read project quantities and develop detailed costings and budgets aligned with project requirements
• Prepare and submit progressive claims, invoices, and variation orders to clients for assigned projects
• Apply analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to support and coordinate project management activities
• Develop and maintain budgets and schedules that conform to project specifications and timelines
• Generate purchase requests and manage vendor paperwork for assigned projects efficiently
• Analyze consultant and labor data to support monthly financial projections
• Develop and maintain management plans in compliance with contract guidelines
• Coordinate and compile inputs from team members to produce comprehensive weekly project reports
• Create work breakdown structures and prepare diagrams, graphs, and charts to analyze project issues and progress
• Source subcontractors and suppliers, negotiate pricing, and manage procurement processes
• Guide, supervise, support, train team members, and conduct quality control to ensure project standards
• Support senior staff to achieve project milestones and meet customer requirements effectively
• Evaluate and certify subcontractor claims accurately and timely
• Prepare ISO documentation, tenders, and final project balance sheets with precise accounting
