Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure all dishes are prepared and cooked to the required standard

• Oversee kitchen-related duties, including stock checks, inventory management, and ordering of supplies

• Uphold strict kitchen cleanliness and ensure all food is stored, prepared, and presented safely and hygienically

Requirements:

• Willing to work on weekends and public holiday
  
• Able to withstand long hours of standing
  
• Able to accept non-airconditioned environment
  
• Willing to accept and comply with the company's deployment arrangements
