Key Responsibilities

• Support data migration and system implementation activities.
• Handle large datasets and spreadsheets for data validation and verification.
• Perform data cleansing, pre-load and post-load checks.
• Verify migrated data against Excel source files.
• Conduct reconciliation work to ensure completeness and accuracy of data.
• Compare data across systems and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in resolving data issues and maintaining data integrity.
• Support project activities leading up to the planned go-live date.

Requirements

• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level).
• Comfortable working with large volumes of data and performing detailed data checks.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Prior experience in data verification, reconciliation, or data migration projects is advantageous.
• Experience with SAP HANA would be an added advantage.
• Candidates with Finance or Accounting knowledge are preferred, as the reconciliation work will be easier to relate to and understand.
• Training will be provided for data comparison processes if required.

Working Arrangement

• Contract duration: Until End October 2026
• Must be prepared to work overtime when required, especially during critical project phases leading up to go-live.
• Time-off arrangements can be discussed with the hiring manager based on project requirements.
