Job Description

Responsibilities

Trained as a Quantity Surveyor

Minimium 3 year experience

Good time manangement

Detailed and Careful with Numbers

Good knowledge on contract management

Ability to carry out measurement and taking off

Ability to invite quotes based on project requirements

Prepare cost comparison and evaluation of cost and specification compliance

Prepare progress claims

Carry out subcon claim certification
