Overview: -

• Working Days: Mon to Fri 7.15am to 4pm
• Working Location: Pioneer
• Monthly Base Salary: Up to $2500 + AWS + VB

Your Responsibilities: -

• Manage incoming phone calls and provide professional reception support to ensure effective communication flow.
• Maintain organized filing systems for Goods Received Notes (GRNs), payment vouchers, shipping documents, correspondence, and invoices.
• Receive, date-stamp, and distribute incoming mail to maintain accurate tracking and processing records.
• Assist in verifying GST figures to support accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of office stationery, PPE, and warehouse consumables.

Requirements: -

• Possess Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in an administrative or invoicing role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
