KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

• Managing the entire of progress movement from preliminary site to final inspections. Ensure entire projects is ontime completion with required quality standards

• Managing and assigning daily tasks for site operations and coordinate multi trades on site as the clients, architects,engineer, RTO,sub-con & workforce.

• Monitoring expenditures,ordering materials,tools & renting equipment/machinery and minimizing material waste.

• Preparation the paper work and site reports, technical drawings and other necessary documents to related authorities.

• All on-site documentation, ensure all changes of specification of construction drawings is updated. Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues as they arise.
