Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

·                  Manage daily operations of job site including quality, safety , environment and health

·                  Comply and accomplish contract obligation at site without liquidation damages incurred. Assist in coordinating and liaising with clients at project sites

·                  Hire and retain manpower needs

·                  Ensure accuracy of daily attendance reporting. Communicate assigned cleaning duties to the cleaning team

·                  Conduct regular check on the  quality of work produced by cleaners to upkeep the cleaning standard

·                  Keeping / ordering stocks ensuring inventory at optimal level

·                  Any job duties assigned by management or any authorised personnel. Monitor cleaning operations to ensure quality service delivery
