Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to monitor for suspicious activities or potential security breaches
2. Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents, taking appropriate action when required
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patrols, incidents, and actions taken
4. Provide excellent customer service and ensure clients’ security requirements are met
5. Work closely with the security team to implement and improve security procedures
6. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations
7. Prepare and submit monthly reports to clients
Requirements
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a security officer or Ex Officer, Army & Police
2. Strong observation and problem-solving skills with the ability to act decisively in emergencies
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Physically fit
5. Clear KDN Vetting
6. Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality service
7. Basic computer skills
