Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales experience in FMCG, food & beverage, dairy products, or retail sales. Experience with milk powder or nutritional products is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
  • Willing to travel within the assigned sales territory.
  • Willing to work on weekends/ public holidays or outside normal working hours when required to support business activities, including baby fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network with supermarkets, retail chains, pharmacies, or grocery retailers.
  • Experience working with distributors and retail merchandising.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company's products to retail outlets, supermarkets, pharmacies, convenience stores, and other assigned customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, pricing, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure proper product merchandising, shelf visibility, and promotional displays at retail outlets.
  • Coordinate with distributors and internal departments to ensure timely product delivery and stock availability.
  • Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports, and market intelligence updates.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade events as required.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
