任职资格

 

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Office Management, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with administrative or accounting experience will have an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with accounting software is an advantage but not required.
  • Comfortable working in a site-based office environment.

HORVIN Construction Sdn Bhd is a growing construction company involved in infrastructure, railway, utility, and government projects. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration & Accounts Executive to support our daily business operations and grow together with our team.

As we're a lean organization, you'll gain exposure to various aspects of administration, accounts, procurement, and project coordination. Every day will be different, giving you the opportunity to learn and take on meaningful responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative and office operations.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and payment records.
  • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable documentation.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and project documentation.
  • Perform data entry and ensure records are updated accurately.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and project teams.
  • Assist in procurement and purchasing activities.
  • Support payroll, attendance, and general HR administration when required.
  • Prepare reports and other documents for management.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
