In this role, you’ll work with data, AI-powered tools, and detection systems to identify harmful content, improve automated processes, and support time‑sensitive investigations. Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain content detection pipelines to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
- Use SQL and data tools to analyze trends, track performance, and generate insights
- Configure and optimize rule-based systems to proactively detect harmful content
- Review and validate AI-generated results to improve detection quality
- Conduct investigations by linking related accounts, content, and behaviors
- Prepare reports and dashboards for operational and business reviews
- Identify system issues and escalate where necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams on high-priority and time-sensitive cases
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in data analytics, technical operations, or similar roles
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data
- Basic familiarity with Python or scripting concepts
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in trust & safety, fraud detection, cybersecurity, or investigations
- Exposure to data visualization or BI tools
- Experience working with AI/ML tools or automated systems
