Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support hiring needs.
- Coordinate and support learning & development programs and training initiatives.
- Assist with performance management processes and review cycles.
- Support day-to-day HR operations across onboarding, employee lifecycle, and coordination.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processes and employee support.
- Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy in processes and documentation.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Global HR Generalist Should Have
- 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist or HR operations roles.
- Exposure to multiple HR functions such as, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Performance Management.
- Hands-on experience in HR execution and operations.
- Interest or involvement in employee development initiatives is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with a practical and structured approach.
