As a Customer Success Engineer at Jumio, you will play a critical role in the Customer Success team, focusing on onboarding clients and providing premium support. You will ensure a seamless integration of Jumio's solutions into customer systems while leveraging your technical expertise to resolve issues efficiently and deliver an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, guiding clients from the initial introduction to successful integration of our solutions.
- Premium Support: Provide high-level support to select clients, resolving technical issues, addressing incidents quickly, and implementing rapid bug fixes.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with support, engineering, production, and QA teams to manage projects and ensure successful delivery of client solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize knowledge in web and mobile development to assist clients with integration, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Problem Solving: Analyze customer challenges, identify solutions, and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Project Management: Plan, track, and manage integration projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Communication and Presentation: Explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred; equivalent technical experience will also be considered.
- Experience in web development or mobile development highly desirable.
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages: JavaScript, Node.js, Kotlin, Java, Objective-C, or Swift for iOS.
- Strong technical background and previous experience in similar roles.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proven project management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent English verbal and written skills.
