Responsibilities
Working Locations:
Kowloon Bay / Tuen Mun
Responsibilities
To conduct site survey, inspection and prepare reports for BS systems installation.
To supervise fitters and maintenance contractors to repair/alternate/modify/test/install BS system equipment in compliance to statutory regulations/laws.
Requirements
Possessing Diploma or Higher Diploma in Building Services Eng.; or Mechanical Eng.; or Electrical Eng. Is preferred.
Working experience in public rental housing is preferred.
Minimum 2 years' working experience in the maintenance of building in Hong Kong
Knowledge with Auto-CAD is preferred.
Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
Candidates with less working experience will be considered as Technical Assistant
