Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities
Experience in managing a team including arranging cover and the rostering of staff to maximize efficiency.
To supervise the professional greeting of clients and visitors, to the highest standards.
Responsible for check-in and check-out procedures and providing guest services with the hotel's highest level and quality standards.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. If necessary, promptly report to their superiors.
Coordinate with internal departments to handle requests and complaints.
Job Requirements
Degree or diploma holder in Hotel Management
Fluent in spoken English & Mandarin
Familiar with the Opera system
Able to work overnight shift
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant and outgoing personality
