Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand share of wallet within assigned key accounts
  • Build and maintain sustainable, long-term relationships with key executives, decision-makers, and sponsors at client organizations
  • Translate customer strategies and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap, identifying new business opportunities and areas for collaboration
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to analyze performance (KPIs), present insights, and align on future strategies
Commercial & Operational Execution
  • Lead commercial negotiations, define account-specific pricing, and finalize contracts and framework agreements
  • Manage the end-to-end order book and sales forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Customer Service) to ensure seamless execution and address any client issues promptly
  • Monitor and communicate competitive activity and market changes that could impact the client's business
Growth & Analysis
  • Identify market opportunities and risks through deep client and category insights, translating them into actionable growth plans
  • Analyze sales data, financial KPIs, and market trends to proactively steer the business and maximize profitability
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and successful launch
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Min 5 years of proven experience in key account management, business development, or strategic sales, preferably within the consumer electronics, FMCG, or logistics industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving measurable growth within key client partnerships. Strong understanding of P&L dynamics, pricing structures, sales forecasting, and contract negotiation, with the ability to analyze profitability across different business models.
  • Experience managing end-to-end commercial cycles including negotiations, contract finalization, and order book management.
  • Familiarity with automated warehousing systems, technologies (e.g., WMS, AGVs, conveyor systems, goods-to-person solutions), and the ability to engage credibly with clients on automation implementation, performance benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
