Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with potential B2B partners to expand market share and sales revenue.
Lead and build a high-performing team, including distribution strategies and promotional initiatives to upkeep engagement across relevant business partners.
Establish efficient workflows, inspire team potential, and demonstrate exceptional execution capabilities to achieve financial objectives.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics and customer insights to identify potential business opportunities in the market.
Provide forward-looking insights and actionable recommendations to the executive board.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align resources and strategic goals.
Ad hoc projects.
Immediately availability is preferred.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
10 to15 years of FMCG sales and marketing experience, preferably in a sizable organization.
Proven track record and deep understanding in food manufacturing experience is preferable.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Strong business acumen, result –oriented, proactive with strong leadership and communication skills.
