Job Description:
Handle Remedy tickets approval/assignment flow and send the request/assign the tickets to related team
Maintain inventory of IT assets, including computers, printer and software licenses.
Handle IT hardware disposal
Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and maintenance
Mobile billing
Job Requirement:
Willingness to work on shift duties
Any 9.5 hours in between 8:30 AM to 6:45 PM
Monday to Friday (5 days – 9.5 hours per day, including one hour meal break) excluded Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
