About Senco-Masslink Technology Ltd
Senco has 25 years of expertise offering total IT solutions including virtualization, enterprise storage & backup, network infrastructure, info. security, wireless networking and other professional services to enterprises, education institutes and HKSAR government.
Recently, Senco has been awarded the Government Tender for the supply of PC, network products and server & storage systems and provision of related services to various government departments under the "Standing Offer Agreement" (SOA) scheme .
The successful candidate will take the responsibility of being a technical support, implementation and customer service activities. The primary responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
Providing technical support and maintenance services to clients.
Handling system setup, backup, trouble-shooting and administration of clients.
Strong problem solving skills.
Requirements
Form 6 or above (Candidates with less experience will also be considered).
Good team player, self-motivated, good communication skills and hard-working.
Customer focused attitude and dedicated to problem resolution.
Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese.

*** To work with project manager and a team to complete technical tasks including system design, planning, documentation, implementation and system maintenance for customers *** To provide support service on servers, PC, data networking and backend systems
