Responsibilities
Corporate Benefits Manager (CBM)
Forward Minder Organization
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health insurances and other employee perks.
2. Evaluate and negotiate with corporate clients to provide competitive benefits rates and services.
3. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits.
4. Analyze benefits data and trends to make informed recommendations for plan enhancements.
5. Communicate benefits information to clients through various channels, including presentations, written materials, and one-on-one consultations.
6. Handle client's inquiries and issues related to benefits, providing clear and accurate information.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Local Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
Proficient in English and Mandarin
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
