Responsibilities
- Work closely with consultant, sub-contractor and main contractor
- Supervision of construction works and handle coordination works at sites and to ensure targeted completion dates are met
- Ensure safe work environment on site
- Liaise and update Project Manager and main con on site
- To comply with the local authority requirements and approved drawings
- Prepare necessary submission prior to project execution
Requirements
- Technical certification/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ project experience, preferably in handling ACMV, HVAC
- Good understanding and knowledge in BMS and ACMV
- Coretrade Supervisor certification is a must
- Good interpersonal skills and pro-active to problem-solving
- Those with stronger experience will be considered for the Snr. Site Supervisor role
- 5.5 day work week
